Cloud Box Hardware Installation Guide
A complete tutorial on unboxing, hardware connection, and first-time startup of the Hive Cloud Box, including common troubleshooting.

Please confirm the following items after unboxing:
- Hive Cloud Box Host × 1
- 12V/3A Power Adapter × 1
- HDMI Cable × 1 (optional, included in some packages)
- Quick Start Card × 1
Interface Description
Interfaces on the back of the cloud box from left to right:

| RJ45 | Gigabit Ethernet Port (wired connection recommended) |
| Reset | Hold for 5 seconds to restore factory settings |
Connection Steps
- Insert the network cable into the RJ45 port (wired connection is recommended for better stability)
- If screen display is needed, connect the HDMI cable
- Finally, plug in the power and press the top power button
Tip: It is strongly recommended to use a wired network, as wireless networks may occasionally cause disconnections.
Indicator Light Status

| Red Blinking | Network Abnormal, Check Network Cable |

First Access
After the system is ready (green light solid), access via a browser on the same local network:
http://nestbox.local:8080
Default Username: admin
Default Password: The last 8 digits of the serial number on the back label
Please change the password immediately after the first login!
Troubleshooting
Can’t find nestbox.local?
- Make sure the cloud box and your device are under the same router
- Try accessing directly with the IP address (check in the router’s backend)
Indicator light stays orange?
- Wait up to 3 minutes, the first boot may take longer
- If it remains orange for more than 5 minutes, hold the Reset button to restart
