Cloud Phone Operating Status Explanation

Status Explanation
In the NestBrowser cloud phone management list, each instance will display its current working status:
| Status | Meaning | Suggested Action |
|---|---|---|
| Running | The cloud phone is operating normally and can be connected at any time | Click “Connect” to cast screen |
| Starting | The instance is initializing and not yet ready | Wait for about 1-2 minutes |
| Stopped | The instance has been manually shut down or stopped due to timeout | Click “Start” to run again |
| Abnormal | The instance has encountered an error and cannot operate normally | Click “Restart” or contact support |
| Creating | A new instance is being allocated resources | Wait for initialization to complete |
View Instance Details
Click on the name or operation menu of any instance to view:
- CPU / Memory Usage
- Runtime Duration
- Network Status and IP Address
- Operation Log
Batch Operations
Select multiple instances in the instance list to perform batch start, batch stop, batch restart, and other operations, improving management efficiency.
Notes
- When the cloud phone is in a “Stopped” state, it does not consume computing power but still occupies storage space.
- After an instance is restarted, device data (installed apps, account login status, etc.) is retained by default.
- To completely clear data, use the “Factory Reset” function.
