Function Introduction
The pre-install APP feature allows you to pre-install all the necessary Android applications on a “template instance”. When you clone this template to create new instances in bulk, these pre-installed APPs will be automatically included, eliminating the need for individual installations.
Operation Steps
Step 1: Prepare the Template Instance
- Select a clean cloud phone instance as the template base.
- Connect to the instance using NestBrowser.
- Manually install all the required APPs (refer to the Install APP Documentation).
- Configure the basic environment (language, fonts, software settings, etc.).
Step 2: Set as Pre-Installation Template
- In the management interface, find the configured instance.
- Click on “More Actions” → “Set as Template” or “Configure Pre-Installation”.
- In the pop-up APP list, check the applications that need to be set as pre-installed.
- Click “Save Template”.
Step 3: Clone Instances with Pre-Installed APPs
- When cloning using this template, the new instances will automatically include all the pre-installed APPs.
- For more details, see the Cloning and Backup Documentation.
Applicable Scenarios
| Scenario | Example of Pre-Installed APPs |
|---|---|
| Social Media Matrix Operations | Douyin, Instagram, TikTok, Kuaishou |
| Game Farming | Target game + auxiliary farming tools |
| Cross-Border E-commerce | Shopee, Lazada, AliExpress, P-site merchant tools |
| Office Collaboration | WeCom, Feishu, Zoom |
Notes
- The more APPs pre-installed, the larger the template data, and the slower the cloning speed.
- It is recommended to keep the number of template APPs within the core business application range.
- Each instance’s login accounts need to be configured separately; pre-installation does not include account login status (for security isolation).
