Why Set Up a Proxy?

When operating multiple accounts, if multiple cloud phones use the same exit IP, the platform may detect account associations, leading to the risk of account bans. By configuring an independent proxy IP for each instance, you can effectively avoid such associations.

Configuration Steps

  1. In the NestBrowser management interface, find the cloud phone instance that needs to be configured with a proxy.

  2. Click on the “Settings” or “Proxy” icon to the right of the instance.

  3. Select the proxy type:

    TypeApplicable Scenarios
HTTP ProxyGeneral web browsing, APP access
    HTTPS ProxyEncrypted transmission scenarios
SOCKS5Full traffic proxy, strongest compatibility (recommended)
  4. Fill in the proxy server information:

    • Address (IP or domain name)
    • Port
    • Username / Password (if authentication is required)
  5. Click “Save” and restart the instance, then wait for the proxy to take effect.

Verify if the Proxy is Working

Open a browser within the cloud phone and visit ip138.com or whatismyip.com to confirm that the displayed IP address is that of the proxy server.

Notes

  • The speed of the proxy directly affects the smooth operation of the cloud phone; it is recommended to choose a low-latency node.
  • Domestic mobile apps usually do not require a proxy; for overseas business, it is recommended to use residential IPs from the corresponding country.
  • After saving the proxy settings, they will automatically take effect the next time the cloud phone is started.
