Billing FAQ
- What is the difference between Cloud Phone and NestBox hardware?
- Cloud Phone is a cloud-hosted Android instance in our global data centers — rented per minute or monthly, no hardware needed. NestBox is physical server hardware you own and deploy locally, with fully private data.
- How does pay-as-you-go billing work?
- You are charged ¥0.01 per minute of active usage. Billing pauses when the instance is stopped. Minimum top-up is ¥10 and your balance never expires.
- Which regions does Cloud Phone support?
- Currently South China (Guangzhou) and Asia-Pacific (Taiwan), with more regions being added. Available regions are shown by stock during checkout.
- Are there ongoing fees after purchasing a NestBox?
- No. Hardware + software is a one-time payment with no monthly fees. Cloud remote control (enterprise, 10+ units) is an optional add-on — contact sales for details.
- Can I try before I buy?
- Cloud Phone offers a free 2-hour trial with no credit card required. NestBox hardware comes with a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy.
- Do you provide invoices?
- Yes, VAT special invoices are supported. Contact support after purchase with your billing details.
